LKAPS is heading to The Inheritance (Part 1), and we hope you’ll join us for this powerful night of theater and reflection.
Written by Matthew Lopez and directed by Steve Rosenbaum, The Inheritance is the winner of the Tony Award, Drama Desk Award, and Olivier Award for Best Play. Decades after the height of the AIDS epidemic, it tells the story of three generations of gay men in New York as they navigate survival, healing, class, and belonging. The play is inspired by E.M. Forster’s Howards End and is a moving, epic exploration of our shared history and future.
