The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) provides financial assistance to people diagnosed with HIV or AIDS. The program provides eligible California residents with:

• Free FDA-approved medications used in the treatment and suppression of HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS-related opportunistic infections.
• Premium payment assistance for individuals enrolled in a private health insurance plan (for more information, visit the Health Insurance Premium Payment Assistance page)
• Premium payment assistance for individuals enrolled in a Medicare Part C or Medicare Part D plan (for more information, visit the Medicare Premium Payment Program Assistance page)

Riverside County ADAP Enrollment/Annual Re-Enrollment Process

1. Riverside County MS ADAP Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Services Phone Number: 951-486-4633
2. Riverside County ADAP participants are required to re-enroll annually on their birthday and must call the above number to obtain instructions for submitting documentation to either enroll in ADAP for the first time or complete the required annual re-enrollment process
3. You may not begin the annual re-enrollment process more than 45 days before your birthday
4. For Riverside County, it is possible to submit the required annual re-enrollment documents via email, but you will have to call the ADAP Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Number above to make a phone appointment for the Enrollment Worker to go over the submitted documents with you

6. If you have complaints, issues, or need further assistance with either your enrollment or annual re-enrollment process, you can call the California Department of Public Health Client Services Call Center, Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM at 844-421-7050.
