LKAPS March Newsletter

March 1, 2026

President’s Message

As we move into March, I’m happy to share that tickets are still available for the upcoming Glitz and Glam Party, taking place on Saturday, April 4 from 5–8 PM. This annual event benefits LKAPS and is always a wonderful mix of community, celebration, and support. For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/house-party-ps-glitz-glam-tickets-1982394955677

Please also consider supporting the event as a volunteer and come to the party for free! Volunteers help ensure the evening runs smoothly and are an important part of our continued presence at community events. If you’re interested in lending a hand, please email Mike.Cashion@outlook.com with the subject line “Glitz-Glam Volunteer” to be added to the volunteer list.

We remain deeply grateful for the many years of partnership and generosity we have received from the Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF). Their ongoing support has helped sustain LKAPS and expand opportunities for connection and community-building. Your participation in events like Glitz and Glam not only strengthens that partnership but also helps us continue our mission as we enter our second decade.

And as you look ahead on your calendar, please save the date of Wednesday, June 24, 2026, for our annual National HIV Long-term Survivors Awareness Day Dinner. Details will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Thank you for being part of this community. I look forward to seeing many of you this spring.

Warmly,
Jax
